One of my gym goals is to be able to do unassisted pull-ups. Three years ago, I tried to do one, totally failed, and decided I couldn’t do it so I stopped trying.. didn’t make any more attempts until LAST WEEK! See, about one month ago, I realized I actually did that with a lot of different workouts: gave them a shot back when I first started working out, felt it was too hard, and didn’t bother trying again and I thought, “if I do this with my workouts, what other area of my life do I do this?”. This is my second time doing pull-up progressions and I’m already getting better. The point is, even if something is difficult at first, it is okay to break it down into smaller sections and work at it a little bit at a time - you cannot expect perfection over night. But DO NOT give up, do not give in to self doubt, in any area of your life.
I will be your cheerleader until [and even after] you feel comfortable being your own cheerleader! You are strong, smart, and capable! 💪 You can do this!! One step at a time.
• Remember that health And fitness will teach you hard work, dedication, and consistency. Those 3 qualities are required to grow inside and outside of the gym. .

Primeira refeição do dia.
