נמצא הסלט המושלם לחזל"ש📝 מלא ירקות כיפים, רוטב כייפי וטופו שהוא גם כייפי, למביני עניין. הכמויות במתכון הן גדולות כי אם כבר מכינים, אז אפשר להזמין חברה, או פשוט לשמור במקרר לארוחה של מחר (הסלט עדיין יהיה אחלה). לי הספיק ל3 מנות , ביום למחרת אפשר לרענן את הסלט עם עוד קצת חסה וזה. לסלט; 2 עגבניות 2 מלפפונים 1 גמבה אדומה חצי כרוב סגול חסה כמה שבא בצל 1 קלח תירס או כמה כפות של תירס קפוא. שום ירק הוא לא חובה, וכל ירק אחר יתקבל בברכה. לטופו; 1 חבילת טופו חתוך לקוביות 1 כף שמן זית 1 כף רוטב סויה מלח פלפל כורכום\תבלין קארי לקצת ריח וצבע (לא חובה) לרוטב; 1 כף שמן זית כפית סירופ אגבה\מייפל 2 שיני שום כתושות רבע כוס חומץ בן יין (אפשר גם רגיל ואפשר גם מיץ לימון) צרור כוסברה קצוצה 1 כף חרדל- שוב, לא חובה. איך מכינים; מתבלים את הקלח תירס (מלח, פלפל, פפריקה, צ׳ילי גרוס, מה שכיף) וצולים בתנור מחומם מראש, רבע שעה בערך. מחממים מחבת עם המרכיבים הרשומים תחת הכותרת "טופו" 😏, וצולים את קוביות הטופו עד שהוא מוזהב מכל הכיוונים. מניחים בצד שיתקרר לו. חותכים את כל הירקות לקוביות קטנות וישר לקערה גדולה, מגרדים פנימה בעזרת סכין את גרעיני התירס. בבלנדר\נינג'ה טוחנים את מרכיבי הרוטב – בתכלס אפשר גם לקצוץ מאוד טוב את הכוסברה והשום, להכניס לצנצנת או קופסא קטנה ולשקשק אותו טוב. אבל נו, יוצא יותר טוב בנינג'ה. שופכים את הרוטב על הירקות בקערה ומערבבים. מניחים בצלחת הגשה כמה כפות מהסלט ומעל מניחים כמה כפות מהטופו. את שאר הכמות שומרים במקרר. קופסא לסלט, קופסא לטופו בניפרד 😌 ‏#tofu#healthylife#healthysalads #healthyfood #healthyrecipes #naturopathy #holisticliving #holisticlifestyle #tlv #telaviv #telavivfood

So, what is this ‘80/20’ RULE 🤷🏼‍♂️ - _ Everybody knows that we are what we eat. - _ You know the old saying right, that we can’t out-train a bad “diet”. 80% of the way we LOOK & FEEL is down to what we put in our mouth. - _ Most people are starting to realise that the effort we put in the gym needs to match what we do outside of it. - _ 1 hour of exercise is easy..
