You get to think and dream and if you continue doing it then you get new experiences and meet new people. Nowadays I think about match ups everyday. Especially international fights. Numponthep, as he is known, is a promoter in Bangkok. He works regularly at Lumpinee where he puts together th Lumpinee World Champion show. It is a weekly program at the legendary stadium and a good entry place for many foreigners. He also promotes at other entertainment venues and helps operate a gym in Bangkok

I did so much tricep and upper back today. A lot of sets with the green bands. Hit about 10 sets of 25 reps of tricep push downs with a metal bar then did some pull downs with it too.
I stole this variation from @nateharvey2600. Just trying to do something while the weather isn't super great.
