My parents visited us for 2 weeks. It was so nice having them around. Sadly they left yesterday. Since spring in Newfoundland doesn't actually feel like spring elsewhere, we were limited in the amount of sight seeing we could do. But we did get out to one of our favourite places; Bottle Cove ❤
De film ‘Frozen’ in het echt ☺️ IJs en sneeuw zo ver je kunt kijken. Prachtig bevroren landschap in Newfoundland and Labrador, een provincie in het noorden van Canada. ❄️ #canada#newfoundlandandlabrador#ice#frozen

The rocks here are found nowhere else on our planet — the geologists say this all came from inside the earth’s mantle. It is a geologic treasure! And like walking on the moon.
Staying nimble is a big part of my game as a cinematographer.

This silver fox was quite habitated to humans. While I was watching and shooting him, I sadly witnessed people feeding him. As he took off with the scored bagel I heard exclamations of "Awwwe, how cute" and "He is hungry". If you would have just watched him instead of feeding him you may have had the opportunity to see him hunt. Foxes are very successful hunters and there is plenty of food for them. Feeding them disrupts their typical desire to hunt and makes them dependent on handouts. Besides “people” food isn’t good for animals and may cause serious health problems. So please don't feed wildlife!
