Here is a full body workout you can do, this was done in a hotel fitness center, but I loved the challenge of coming up with workouts with what was available .

Following on from my previous ‘booty pic’, this is the sort of shit that will grow your booty, the hard compounds which make you sweat, grunt and make sitting down on the toilet the day after seem like more of a challenge than the set itself! 💁♀️
If your a female or a male and want to grow a special body part, whether that’s your ass or your arms... stay away from them cables and start doing the HARD compound movements! Do them consistently, get really damn good at them, and your body WILL change as long the nutrition is in place to allow it to happen!
On another note, I can’t praise enough how good the @strengthshop gear is that I’ve been using over the past several weeks! Although it’s not necessary for everyone, if your really trying to optimise your progress, especially on big lifts, the belts and wraps from @strengthshop are by far the best I’ve used... and the most colourful 🐝😁

I believe it comes down to two things:
1️⃣ How badly you want it.
2️⃣ How hard you work to get it.
------------------------------------ELIMINATE THE VARIABLES
If you're not qualified, GET QUALIFIED. If you're weak, get stronger, if you're slow, get faster. •
We subconsciously and often very consciously, set unreachable limits. We know if we put it far enough out of our reach, we don't have to grab it. Then we watch, as someone else takes what could've be ours.
Control the things you can control and focus ONLY on that!
In 142 days I will find out where hard work gets me. If doing everything it takes pays off.
The negative talk is exiting my brain...I've intentionally set my sights on something way out of my reach. The goal?? To get up there and snatch that shit down!!!
An NPC card and Show Registration is all it takes to get on stage. Whether I deserve to be there or not, is up to me.
I will work hard and methodically. I will eat nutrient dense, quality food. I will trust the process, and leave nothing to chance. I will earn my right to compete.
